Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You may return Hardero within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for a full refund. This 14-day right of return aligns with consumer protection best practice and applies to all Australian orders processed through Oakmont Review.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be: returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging; accompanied by your order reference number or proofof receipt.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at editorial@mobilityantibeau.world with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we confirm receipt of the returned product in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplement bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Products returned after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund unless the product was defective on delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at editorial@mobilityantibeau.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
